Cancellation Policy
Less than 7 days, forfeit the full deposit.
From 7 to 14 days, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
From 14 to 21 days, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
From 21 to 28 days, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
- If a booking is cancelled well in advance, i.e. 30 days or more and a deposit has been paid, a cancellation fee to cover the cost of time and the administration work involved, a 10% of the value of the deposit will be charged.
- Deposits and cancellations are calculated on the full value of stay.
- A 50% deposit will be required to secure a booking.
- Once the deposit has been received, a written confirmation with booking reference number will be forwarded to the client.
- The balance of the booking value (50%) is to be paid one week before arrival.
- Payment for any other extras to be made on day of departure.
- Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date.
- Deposits are not refundable in the event, of "No Shows" .
- No persons other than those quoted and paid for, are permitted to share the accommodation.
